Los Angeles Brand Photography: Danielle Bear, Relationship Coach

Assume the best intentions of your partner.
— Danielle Bear

Meet Danielle Bear: a Los Angeles-based relationship coach, who’s been “helping people with their relationships since middle school”, she joked on her brand intake form. “It’s about time I made it official.”

We dove deep into Danielle’s hopes and dreams about her business. I always love hearing from business owners about what they love most about what they do. It’s no surprise that her passion stems from seeing her clients break through the fear of not being enough for someone else, fear of being unlovable, and ultimately, fear of being alone.

The changes and progress she sees her clients make after she helps them discover that all those fears are just limiting beliefs are what make her heart sing.

For Danielle’s shoot, we invited her boyfriend to stand in for some photos to showcase the emotions of a relationship, from the ugly to the good. It was fun for me because I got to stretch those former engagement and wedding photographer legs again — one of my favorite parts of those times was being witness and documenting these super real happy vibes between two people.

Danielle’s brand is an edgy, modern feminine type. The leather jackets from Rent the Runway were top notch.

I also recruited the beautiful eye of my dear friend, Nadia Beck of Rebel and Rogue Floral Couture for the flower arrangement that was a beautiful addition to the space to help bring in more of Danielle’s accent brand colors. The piece was an eye-stopper.

The space, The Solarium in Pasadena, was also an excellent find and were fantastic about safety measures for COVID. You can book the space here.

Big thanks to Emma Roberts of Daisy Desert Jewelry for the wardrobe styling, and to Becca Kmieciak for being an amazing assistant and behind-the-scenes photographer/videographer for the day!
