Andrea Knight is an Ethical Culture Designer, Leadership Coach & Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator for mission-driven leaders. Her mission? To bring more values-driven strategies into the workplace. Andrea draws a lot of inspiration from her 16-year old blind horse Jake. He has shown her how to live life intuitively, trust herself and connect to the truth in her own body. It’s that intuition that also finally led her to a life-saving surgery in 2021 after she ignored all the signals her body shouted for years.
